Troops rescue two women, kill two Boko Haram terrorists in Borno

The Nigerian troops have rescued two woman after dislodging Boko Haram insurgents in Borno.

The Army said on Sunday that two terrorist members were killed in the ongoing clearance operation at Kajeri community in Borno State.

Deputy Director, Army Public Relations, Operation Yafiya Dole, Col. Onyema Nwachukwu, said the two aged-women rescued were held in captivity by the insurgents.

He further disclosed that the troops recovered ammunitions from members of the sect.
