Manchester United, Tuesday, announced the dismissal of its coach, Jose Mourinho from the club.
The sacking of Mourinho came barely 48 hours after the club lose against Liverpool in Champions league knockout stage.
The 3-1 defeat by Liverpool has left the club in 19 points behind their opponents as they prepare to face the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

A statement by the club on Tuesday, said the termination of his appointment with the club takes immediate effect.
The club, however, thanked the former manager “for his work during the his time at Manchester United and wished him success in the future.”
The statement further revealed that a “caretaker manager will be appointed until the end of the current season, while the club conducts a thorough recruitment process for a new, full-time manager.”
