NYSC cancels Davido’s service year over noncommitment

Report reaching Expresgist has it that the National Youths Service Corp (NYSC), has cancelled the service year of Nigerian music legend, Davide Adeleke (Davido).

Although no official statement by the body confirming or disputing the report, Davido has revealed in a comment on Instagram that his service year was cancelled.

The star artist disclosed this while reacting to a post made by Nigerian music promoter, Adesegun Adeosun popularly known as Smade.

Smade who recently finished his NYSC orientation program, took to his Instagram urging fans to ensure they do well in whatever they embarked on in life.

He wrote; Whatever you do, do it well and with PASSION. I love my country Nigeria and I’m always super proud to represent it as well as keeping the flag flying everywhere I go.

Reacting to the post, Davido replied, “Na so dem cancel my own.”
