Angry youths have reportedly set a police station on fire in Iwo area of Osun state.
The action of the youths were triggered by the alleged shooting of Tunde Nofiu by an officer of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
Tunde, who is an undergraduate, was shot dead on Thursday night, leading to retaliatory action by youths of the area on Friday, August 24.
Meanwhile two police officers have been arrested in connection with the killing.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), head of public complaints rapid response unit, Abayomi Shogunle, said that the arrested officers are currently in police custody.
ACP Shogunle disclosed this in his official Twitter handle assuring Nigerians that justice would be served.
